Nurses and doctors very pleasant and helpful and kind.
Staff were friendly and attentive.
Nurses, HCA’s, physio and occupational health teams have been wonderful and Ward Manager/Sister (Sally) was so helpful.
I WENT IN TO HAVE A KIDNEY STONE ZAPPED AND MY CARE WAS EXEMPLARY, FROM RECEPTION TO DISCHARGE MY TREATMENT WAS EXCELLENT.
ONE THING THAT WAS REALLY NOTICEABLE WAS THAT PEOPLE SMILED, YOU HAVE NO IDEA THE DIFFERENCE THAT SMALL THING MAKES TO SOMEONE COMING IN FOR TREATMENT.
COMING IN TO HOSPITAL YOU CAN BE NERVOUS AND APPREHENSIVE BUT A SMILE CHANGES YOUR MOOD STRAIGHT AWAY.
THANK YOU STAFF YOU MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
We were readmitted after baby lost too much weight.
Midwives and paeds team game conflicting advice. Baby wasn't reweighed till we were ready to be discharged, and then it was suddenly an issue. But if weight had been monitored as well as everything else for 2 days, it may well have showed a different picture. Very frustrating.
Really appreciated all the care I received from the midwives, especially Jo Easter and Rachel Young. Both spent a lot of time with me to try and get my little boy to latch on. I wasn’t keen on staying in hospital but they both made the stay better! Thank you so much, we really appreciate everything you did!
You made prostate surgery pleasant!! How was that possible? Thank you. One suggestion, I went home for a day with a catheter. I did not manage it well. I think I needed more education on how to use it.
Compassion and respect shown at all times really couldn't wish for better treatment.
Consideration of later appointment being brought forward for action so as to cut waiting times.
Pleasant/consideration and fully explained attention by staff.
